· Physician Office Integration evaluation and implementation of system-wide software solution. Estimate 1.5M cost to support 300 targeted physicians.
· IBM prototype Executive Information System. Managed the transition from prototype to strategic initiative.
· Member of an internal volunteer team that developed a strategy to obtain funding for System Development Life Cycle Methodology (SDLCM) and Project Management (PM) software. Acquired 1M funding in support of staffing.

· Coordinated and Budgeted for the Corporate Disaster Recovery Plan. Conducted system-wide feasibility study to select Hospital Information Software to support horizontal and vertical expansion strategies; documented cost reduction of $300,000.

· Served as Interim Manager, Telecommunications.
